By using the website or API you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Octant provides business information: reports, risk scores, verification and monitoring. Scores are modeled estimates, not facts, and the service is for business risk-assessment — it is not legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a consumer report.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for activity under them. Keys draw on your plan quota; over-quota requests are declined.
You agree to use the data only for lawful business risk-assessment, and not for any purpose prohibited by applicable law or by the terms of our data suppliers. You will not attempt to bypass access controls, exceed licensed use, or resell data except as permitted.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions recur until cancelled; you can manage billing from your dashboard. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse.
